WiFi at one of Europe’s biggest music events

NOS Alive is one of Europe’s most iconic music festivals, bringing together a line-up of international artists and thousands of participants every year. The 2025 edition, which took place between 10 and 12 July on the Algés Promenade, attracted more than 55,000 people on the first day alone, requiring robust and reliable technological infrastructure to ensure a safe, smooth and connected experience.

Solution Implemented

W4M developed and implemented a comprehensive technological solution, consisting of:

1. Complete Network Infrastructure
Installation of structured cabling, switches, and Access Points (APs), positioned to provide full coverage of the venue, including entrance areas, stages, backstage, and technical areas.

2. Smart WiFi, segmented by user profile

• Guest: High-capacity public WiFi network.

• Corporate: Private network for brands and sponsors.

• Dressing rooms and media: Networks dedicated to technical areas and the media.

3. Permanent Technical Team on Site
During the three days of the event, a technical team from W4M ensured continuous monitoring of the network and immediate intervention capacity to resolve any incidents.
